Slide
| Located in Lakeland, Fl. On the 14th, I am driving to Eufaula, Al and could bring it that far for no charge or farther - negotiable $$. My asking price is $30,000.00, which is below blue book.
It has two minor injuries! We had a blowout years ago and it damaged the fender over the wheel. We put 14 ply tires on it and have never had another blowout. My grandson, caught the slide out with the zero turn mower. Pictures of both are included. It does not leak and is very clean. The slide is manual, no motors to break and is easy to push out. I can do it and I am 73! It is a perfect starter living quarters trailer. We had small grandchildren who went with us and fit perfectly! Now they are adults and still go with us, but we wanted more room so we are trading up. It is a 4-horse slant, all aluminum, with a nine foot slide. We pulled it with a F 350. It has a microwave and three burner stove, the heat/air works, the lights were replaced with LED's, it has a hydraulic lift that is only a year old and a brand new matching, 21 foot awning and a ramp. It has a TV hanger that swings around from the bed to the LR, but we don't watch TV. $60 at Walmart It is a nice, well made trailer and I have seen much worse for higher prices. Out of curiosity, I just physically looked at a 1997 Sundowner and the guy wanted $23,000! It was smaller, in not nearly as clean or in as good a shape and was only a 3 horse!
